04/2012 - Very professional review of what was needed, solid estimate on the details of work to be performed and the equipment to be furnished. Good warranty coverage. Installation team was excellent. (On time, polite, efficient, left the site as clean as when they started.) The unit is installed and operating exactly as defined in the bid estimate. Excellent, professional team work by sales and installation. The detail of the bid estimate is what won the job. It blew away the other two contractors that we had bid the replacement.
